Through working collaboratively with our clients, we ensure that we plan ahead to manage any blocks, hold ups or issues whether it be with design, material/fabric shipments or adjustments for specific requirements. We do this through managing a collective critical pathway that we map out together upon engagement, so we know how our client works and how we need to adjust to meet that requirement. This also enables us to provide an on-time delivery service that considers all the aspect from design to inbound receipt. It is normal to plan something like 9-12 months in advance of any catalogue shoots, events or promotions in order to ensure there is enough stock arriving and that the products meet the requirements necessary. 

We arrange for the shipment collections, breakdown to palletisation specifications and or package shipments depending upon the agreement. We handle all the shipping arrangements from collection port to your inbound delivery point as a landed fully tested, complaint, duty, freight and shipping paid product.
