As part of our process and setting up with a factory we complete an audit to ensure they are the kind or factory that we wish to produce educational products with. So we audit them to ensure they are ethical, pay their staff minimum wages at least, overtime, provide housing in some parts, do not employ children workers and have human rights policy’s in place. We also employ a QC team that ensures that the products made are according to the specification provided and there are a number of control process controls in place to manage the product build. Likewise as finished goods we hold checks against quality and quantity to ensure correct order volumes are met.
